Frequently asked questions

Is the card number stored on the site?

No. Card linking runs through a PCI-compliant card-linking provider’s hosted enrolment. Fynloy and the campaign site never collect or store full card numbers.

What does the shopper agree to?

Clear consent to monitor purchases at participating merchants for the offers they joined, with instructions for unlinking a card at any time. Each offer lists the supported cards, the participating merchants and the offer terms.

Can an offer be limited to certain stores?

Yes. Offers can target specific merchants, chains or locations.

Do shoppers need to download an app?

No. Shoppers scan a QR code or open a link and take part in their phone browser. Registration, receipt upload and reward claim take under a minute.

Is POS integration required?

No. Receipt validation and product codes verify purchases at any retailer without touching the store’s systems. Retailers take part at no cost.

Who funds the rewards?

The sponsoring brand funds shopper rewards. Platform fees, campaign services and fulfilment are set out separately in your proposal.

What can we measure?

Registrations, verified purchases by product, retailer and period, rewards issued and redeemed, and repeat activity, in one dashboard. Metrics depend on the verification method chosen.
