These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fynloy.com. By using the website you agree to these terms. Campaigns and rewards are governed by each campaign’s own rules and the agreement between Fynloy and the sponsoring brand, which take precedence where they apply.

You may use the website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using Fynloy services. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or copy content for commercial redistribution without permission.

Rewards, eligibility, verification requirements, expiry and redemption options are set per campaign and may change. Rewards have no cash value except where a campaign expressly provides a rebate or gift card. Descriptions on this website are general and do not form an offer. Campaign sponsors are responsible for the compliance of their own promotions.

No purchase is necessary to enter any sweepstakes run on the Fynloy platform, and a purchase does not improve the odds of winning except where bonus entries are expressly described in the official rules. Each sweepstakes has its own official rules, published on its campaign page, covering eligibility, entry periods, prizes, odds, winner selection and notification. Void where prohibited. The official rules of a specific promotion take precedence over these general terms.

Rebates and rewards may be paid to Venmo or PayPal, as a gift card or prepaid card, or through a reward link that lets the shopper choose among the options enabled for a campaign. Payout timing, limits and eligibility are stated on the campaign page and in the official rules. Prepaid cards are subject to the issuer’s terms, including any fees and expiration. Reward links expire on the date stated at issue. Venmo, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and gift card brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used per each brand’s guidelines; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

Card-linked offers require linking a supported Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card through a PCI-compliant card-linking provider’s hosted enrollment. By linking a card you consent to the monitoring of qualifying transactions at the participating merchants listed in the offer. Each offer lists the supported cards, participating merchants and offer terms. You may unlink a card at any time.

Fynloy and the content, design and software of this website are owned by Fynloy or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Brand and retailer names and marks belong to their owners.

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
