Fynloy (“Fynloy”, “we”, “us”) provides a consumer promotions and rewards platform to consumer packaged goods brands, distributors, brokers, retailers and agencies (“sponsors”), and through their campaigns to the shoppers who take part. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use fynloy.com and our services.

On this website we collect the information you give us when you request a demo, a pilot or support: your name, work email, phone, company, business type and your message. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

Inside campaigns, we process the data needed to run them: registrations, receipt images and product codes submitted for verification, verified purchase records, reward balances and redemption history, sweepstakes entries, and the opt-in preferences a shopper gives a sponsor.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.

When you join a campaign by text or give us your mobile number, we use it to send the messages you opted in to: enrollment confirmations, rewards, codes, payout confirmations and campaign offers. If you link a payment card to an offer, enrollment is handled by a PCI-compliant card-linking provider through its hosted enrollment. Fynloy and this website never collect or store full card numbers. With your consent, qualifying transactions at participating merchants are reported to us so the offer can be rewarded. You can unlink a card at any time from the campaign page.
