Frequently asked questions

How is the cost shared?

Reward funding is split according to the agreement between the participating brands, and reporting shows each brand’s verified units so the split can be reconciled.

Does each brand see the other's data?

Each brand sees its own verified purchases and the shared campaign totals. Shopper data is shared only as the campaign’s consent language allows.

Do shoppers need to download an app?

No. Shoppers scan a QR code or open a link and take part in their phone browser. Registration, receipt upload and reward claim take under a minute.

Is POS integration required?

No. Receipt validation and product codes verify purchases at any retailer without touching the store’s systems. Retailers take part at no cost.

Who funds the rewards?

The sponsoring brand funds shopper rewards. Platform fees, campaign services and fulfilment are set out separately in your proposal.

What can we measure?

Registrations, verified purchases by product, retailer and period, rewards issued and redeemed, and repeat activity, in one dashboard. Metrics depend on the verification method chosen.
