Pricing questions
What is an engagement?
A qualifying campaign action processed under the campaign rules, such as a verified purchase or a reward claim. The actions counted depend on the campaign configuration.
Are shopper rewards included?
No. Reward funding and fulfilment costs are separate from the subscription and are agreed per campaign.
Can we start with a pilot instead of a plan?
Yes. The Pilot Program is a single scoped campaign with its own proposal, and the balances and audience carry into a plan afterwards.
Do you offer custom pricing?
Yes. Enterprise pricing covers higher volumes, multi-brand programs, distributor networks and custom integrations.
