Digital Coupons Redeemed at Participating Stores

Issue a coupon to a registered shopper, show it on their phone, redeem it at a participating store or online. Fynloy tracks every issue and redemption, so a coupon becomes a measured step in the shopper journey instead of a paper loss.

Frequently asked questions

How does a store redeem a Fynloy coupon?

Each coupon carries a single-use code. Stores scan or key it at checkout where their system supports it; otherwise the shopper is reimbursed after a verified receipt. Reimbursement terms are set per campaign.

Can a coupon be limited to certain stores?

Yes. Participating stores are defined in the campaign and shown on the coupon.

Do shoppers need to download an app?

No. Shoppers scan a QR code or open a link and take part in their phone browser. Registration, receipt upload and reward claim take under a minute.

Is POS integration required?

No. Receipt validation and product codes verify purchases at any retailer without touching the store’s systems. Retailers take part at no cost.

Who funds the rewards?

The sponsoring brand funds shopper rewards. Platform fees, campaign services and fulfilment are set out separately in your proposal.

What can we measure?

Registrations, verified purchases by product, retailer and period, rewards issued and redeemed, and repeat activity, in one dashboard. Metrics depend on the verification method chosen.
